In loving memory of Trevares Thompson, Class of 1998 Theatre major, whose passion for the arts and vibrant spirit left a lasting impression on all who knew him. Trevares passed away in February 2026, but his love for theatre and the joy he brought to others continue to inspire.

As Trevares’s birthday approaches, his family is honoring his memory by raising funds for the Trevares Thompson Memorial Scholarship, helping his love for theatre live on through future generations of Dreyfoos students.

The scholarship will be awarded to a graduating Dreyfoos Theatre senior who plans to continue their studies in theatre. Through this scholarship, Trevares’s legacy will live on by helping young artists pursue their dreams and take the next step in their own creative journeys.

A gift in Trevares’s memory is a meaningful way to celebrate his birthday, honor his life, and support the next generation of Dreyfoos artists.
