Janine Worontsoff

Director of Community Development

Janine Worontsoff joined the DSOA Foundation in September 2021 as the Director of Community Development.  In this role, she is responsible for managing, planning, implementing, and fundraising at the School of the Arts Foundation (SOAFI) events. Her career focus has been on cultivating relationships, sales, marketing, and being an educator.  She received her Bachelor's in Marketing Management from Pace University. 

Born in Long Island, New York, and moved to Wellington, Florida, 17 years ago.  Worontsoff began her career as a District Manager with Automatic Data Processing (ADP) and transitioned to banking at Citibank as an Assistant Vice President, Integrated Sales Coordinator.  While raising two children, she became a certified educator and taught in The Palm Beach County School District for several years and later worked for an Ed-Tech company to support the Palm Beach County Area. 

As a proud parent of a Dreyfoos senior involved in the arts, she has seen the Foundation's impact on many young artists and is honored to be part of the team.  Her experience in education and sales helps build relationships within the Dreyfoos School of the Arts departments and collaborate with community partners to fundraise to help enhance the arts and academic programs. 

She enjoys being outdoors at the beach, playing sports, and spending time with her family, husband Ryan, and their two children Connor and Kailey.
