Foundation Staff

Kristin Lidinsky, CFRE
Executive Director
Kris started her second tenure at the School of the Arts Foundation in June 2015 as executive director. Before joining the Foundation, she served as the senior philanthropy officer at Scripps Florida. Kris had previously served as director of development for the School of the Arts Foundation from 2005 to 2013. Her past experience included being the executive director of the Epilepsy Association, associate executive director of The Arc of Palm Beach County, and director of development and community programs for Healthy Mothers/Healthy Babies. Kris has over 30 years’ experience in the areas of non-profit management and fund development and received her national certification as a CFRE (Certified Fund Raising Executive) in 2005.  She is currently is a board member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals and Planned Giving Council. 
Kris received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from University of Florida.  Kris has two children, Kyle and Sarah, and is married to Rick. In her free time, Kris loves to run, swim, and is an avid reader.
Stefani Kochanski
Director of Development

Stefani Kochanski joined the Dreyfoos School of the Arts Foundation in 2012 as the Associate Director of Development with a focus on special events management.  Her background in technical theatre, event management and operations shaped her into a great addition to the Foundation team.  As a class of 1996 graduate of Dreyfoos, Stefani is extremely passionate about the future of the school and the impact it has on the arts in the community.  

She attended Florida State University (Go Noles!) studying in the BFA Theater Design/Technology program.  After FSU she worked on the production team at the Cuillo Centre for the Arts in downtown West Palm Beach and proceeded to travel the world as a production stage manager.  She later went on to be the Operations Coordinator for palmbeach3 contemporary art fair and Palm Beach | America’s International Fine Art & Antique Fair.  Stefani is a novice beekeeper desperately working on the “keeping” part of the experience.
Kremer Shell
Development Associate

Kremer Shell joined the Dreyfoos School of the Arts Foundation in 2013 as the Administrative Assistant.  A Visual Arts alumna, Kremer graduated from A. W. Dreyfoos School of the Arts in 2005, and then went on to study Fashion Design at Parsons the New School for Design in New York. Her background in design and work experience in customer service at a luxury marina proved to be an asset to the Foundation. After a year Kremer was promoted to the position of Development Associate with a focus on creative marketing and social media.  On her off days, you may find her soldering jewelry pieces to wear, or brewing a batch of beer in her kitchen.

Kimberly Ramia
Special Events Manager

Kimberly Ramia joined the Dreyfoos School of the Arts Foundation in 2015 as the Special Events Manager.  She relocated from Gainesville, where she received her degree in Hospitality & Event Management from the University of Florida (Go Gators). Since graduating in 2012, she has gained experience working with events on a small and large scale. With a focus on non-profit events and development at her last position, she hopes to be a positive addition to the Dreyfoos team. Kimberly loves to travel and is always up for some sun at the beach. On her down time you will find her spending time with her husband, baking, exploring her new home of West Palm Beach, and cheering on the Gators.


Allicyn Winchester, CPA

Allicyn Winchester has been with School of the Arts Foundation since 2004 as a part time employee.  Since 1989, has maintained her certificate with the State of Florida as Board Certified Public Accountant.  Practically a native, Allicyn has lived in the West Palm Beach area since 1963.  She attended the University of Florida and Florida Atlantic University receiving two degrees one in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting and a Bachelor’s of Liberal Arts.  She and her husband are avid snow skiers and enjoy traveling to the Rockies every year for the rush of the steep black diamond trails.

Cole Lozier
Administrative Assistant

Cole Lozier joined the Dreyfoos School of the Arts Foundation in 2015 as an Administrative Assistant.  He was born and raised in South Florida and has lived here most of his life. Cole, a Vocal alumnus, graduated from A. W. Dreyfoos School of the Arts in 2010. He went to Florida State University where he graduated with a BS in Psychology and a minor in Hospitality Management in the summer of 2014. Cole is very interested in traveling, having lived and studied abroad for a semester in Spain during his junior year. His other interests include television, movies, and enjoying a day at the beach.​
